CANCELLATION POLICY

Casa Ocumare AIR
Casa Ocumare has only two accommodation units and receives a high volume of requests. To ensure proper availability management and provide responsible service to all our guests, the following booking and cancellation policy is in place:

1. Reservation Payment

– To confirm the reservation and secure the dates, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

– This initial payment includes a €50 administrative fee, which is non-refundable.

– The remaining 50% is due 15 days prior to arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

– More than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid, excluding the administrative fee (€50).

– Between 21 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding the administrative fee.

– 15 days or less prior to arrival: no refund will be issued.

– No-show (no prior notice): no refund will be issued unless there is a justified and verifiable reason, which will be assessed individually.

– The administrative fee (€50) is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Changes

– Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.

– If the change involves a reduction in stay, the same conditions as a partial cancellation will apply.

4. Force Majeure

– Exceptional situations such as transport strikes, serious illness, or other justified causes will be reviewed individually.

– The client must provide supporting documentation, and a reasonable solution will be sought (change of dates, voucher for a future stay, etc.), without a guarantee of automatic refund. info@casaocumareair.org | Tel +34 679697875
